I describe myself as a founder’s win(g)man, someone leaders can rely on when they need momentum. Over the past decade I have worked alongside leadership and across different functions, supporting with strategic thinking, execution and problem solving. Whether it is change, growth or challenges, I help executives navigate through it.What sets me apart is my versatility. When a role is left open or a project needs direction, I can step in to steady the space until a long-term solution is in place. This adaptability also comes into play in special projects, where details are still taking shape and where clarity, discretion, research and perspective are needed to move things forward. I thrive in environments built on trust, pace and high standards, where the organisation gives me the room to do my best work.For me it is less about job titles and more about the role I play. I believe the role that fits me best is in a Chief of Staff capacity within founder-led businesses that are mature enough to succeed beyond the founder’s daily presence, but still need someone working closely with leadership and across the organisation to hold things together and move them forward. It is in these moments of growth and transition that I make the greatest impact.

What I do


Leaders are often faced with challenges that fall outside the usual roles or structures. It might be a project that drifts, a role opens up without a replacement, or a change needs attention but no one is leading it. In those moments I can step in with perspective, hands-on help or problem-solving support to carry things forward until a longer-term solution is in place.I work best in environments where I have the trust and room to think, explore options and shape outcomes. I am not tied to one function. I know each part of the organisation just enough to understand how it works and how it connects to the bigger picture. I do not need to be the specialist. With logic and common sense I can see what is needed, how it fits and how it impacts the rest of the business. That is why, when a sudden gap appears, I can step in to steady things, hold the emergency plaster and at the same time look ahead to a more stable solution. Staying across the organisation allows me to connect dots quickly and promote collaboration where it matters most.

I have worked across functions in founder-led companies with group structures in high-volume environments. I am often asked to step in when something needs stability or when new structures have to be created. I enjoy finding clarity in complexity and getting to the root of issues so leaders can act with confidence.
