I make sense of complex situations and translate them into a clear, coherent foundation to decide, structure, build, or operate from. This creates the conditions for organisations to move forward with clarity rather than pressure.My work sits at the structural layer of an organisation. I step back to see the full context, observe patterns and blind spots, and surface what strengthens or weakens alignment across the whole. The focus is on ensuring that decisions and structures are soundWhether I enter through a specific function or at leadership level, I work with an understanding of how each part connects to the wider system. Even when focused on one area, I operate in relation to the whole.One way to understand this is to think in terms of a house. I work at the level of the foundation and framework, not the façade and not confined to one room. A room can be strengthened when needed, but always in relation to the overall plan.When the structure is sound, everything built on top of it holds and feels obvious.

What I do

Leaders often face challenges that fall outside the usual roles or structures. It might be a project that loses direction, a strategy that stalls in execution, or a transition that needs clarity. In those moments I help create perspective, bring structure and keep things moving until the right rhythm is restored.I work best in environments where there is trust and space to think, explore options and shape outcomes. I’m not tied to one function. I understand how each part of the organisation connects to the bigger picture. This allows me to bridge strategy and operations, helping leaders make decisions with both insight and stability, and promote collaboration where it matters most.

What I've done

I have worked across strategy, operations and finance in complex, fast-moving organisations. My work often begins when something needs stability or clearer direction, and continues through the design of structures that support growth. I’m drawn to situations that require both clarity and momentum, and I enjoy getting to the root of issues so leaders can act with confidence.

▶ Supporting founders and leadership

Much of my work has been side by side with founders and executives, translating vision into structures the business can run on. I act as a trusted link between leadership and the organisation, making sure information flows where it needs to and decisions are made with clarity. I’ve helped set up new entities, refine business structures and act as a sounding board in high-stakes decision making.

▶ Finance and structure

My finance role began when leadership no longer had the capacity to manage it internally. I initially stepped in to provide structure and continuity until a permanent solution was found. The systems I built proved so effective that I was asked to stay on and continue developing the function. I built and led finance operations across group entities, created control frameworks that improved oversight and stability, and centralised billing processes across multiple international markets.

▶ Compliance and resilience

I’ve overseen audits and ISO certifications, managed cross-border tax compliance and developed documentation systems that kept the business growing without slowing under regulation. Leaders trusted me to manage the detail so they could focus on direction and opportunity.

▶ Operations and special projects

I’ve played a key role in complex operational transitions, from structuring cross-functional collaboration to supporting international expansions and organisational changes. These moments call for clear thinking, steady coordination and a structured approach to keep the organisation aligned and moving forward. I’ve also supported leaders in special projects that sit in the grey area where scope is still forming and where discretion and perspective are most valuable. In these settings I’m valued for my ability to bring clarity and help shape direction with composure and care.
