I have worked across finance, internal operations and compliance in founder-led companies, group structures and high-volume environments. I am usually brought in when something needs to be stabilised, restructured or made more reliable. I navigate complexity quickly, get to the root of issues and build the kind of clarity leaders can act on.In one role, I was trusted to lead the launch of a new company and product under strict ISO regulation while the founder stepped away. I delivered. It was high pressure, high stakes, but a proud result. - Built and led the finance function across group entities, covering reconciliations, internal reporting, tax compliance and financial control

- Played a key role in integrating Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure transaction data remained accessible and easy to process for tax and compliance purposes

- Tracked cashflow and coordinated outgoing payments to maintain clarity over obligations across all group entities
- Set up and led two UK-based billing entities to centralise group revenue, managing over 50,000 international transactions per month across multiple platforms and currencies
- Coordinated internal workflows and implemented processes to improve daily structure, communication and accountability
- Worked across teams to streamline responsibilities, reduce inefficiencies and support alignment as the business scaled
- Helped functional leads take ownership by clarifying roles, setting up systems and offering ongoing guidance
- Provided daily operational support to the CEO and leadership team during periods of growth, transition and limited capacity
- Built internal structure to help function leads take ownership of their role, responsibilities and reporting
